Data collection

We only collect personal information that you provide to us when you fill out forms or send e-mails. The purpose of our saving of your information is to be able to carry out the action you have requested and we will only save the information for as long as it is necessary to be able to fulfil our mission towards you. You must actively give your consent to the collection when, for example, you fill out a form on our website. You can subsequently withdraw your consent to the collection by contacting us, and have your information deleted. You can also request that your information be corrected if you believe that we have incorrect or outdated information stored with us.

Our website works even if you choose not to provide any personal information. The exception is if you want to order something or contact us in some other way than by phone. In these cases, we store your personal information in order to contact you or carry out an assignment for you. During these data collections, you will need to give active consent for us to store your data for this purpose.

Sharing of data to third parties

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may share your personal information at the checkout in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna’s own data protection information.

If you subscribe to our newsletter your information (name and e-mail address), will be shared with Mailchimp, (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. USA). We store your information in their tools to be able to send out the newsletter to you. The newsletter mainly contains information but can also contain offers (marketing). In each mailing there is a link where you can unsubscribe from further mailings.

Except for this, your personal data will not be shared with any third party or used for any purpose other than what they were originally collected for without us first obtaining consent from you. The only exception is if we are required by law to disclose information to, for example, the police authority.

Some data can be stored outside the EU/ESS. In these cases, we only use services that have personal data protection that is at least equivalent to that which applies to data stored in Sweden.

Right of cancellation

You can withdraw your consent to us storing your personal data whenever you want to. You can also request to correct the information we have about you. Google Analytics

At we use Google Analytics, which is a statistics and analysis service from Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics analyses how you use our website, including which pages you visit, which page you came from, which browser and operating system you use, your screen resolution and from where (geographically) you visit our website.

The data will be transferred to Google (servers located in the US), where it will be analysed. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which means that data processing takes place in a secure manner. At we have activated a function that anonymises your IP number. This means that we cannot link the statistics we receive from Google analytics to your IP address. The statistics are thus stored, but are anonymised.

You can always download an extension to your browser that prevents your data from being shared with Google Analytics. The browser extension is published by Google and is available for all standard browsers.
