Data collection
We only collect personal data that you provide to us when you fill out forms or send e-mails. The purpose of storing your information is to perform the action you have requested, and we only store the data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. Therefore, you must actively consent to the collection when, for example, filling out a form on our website. Afterwards, you can withdraw your consent to the collection by contacting us and have your data deleted. You can also request to have your data corrected if you believe we have incorrect or outdated information stored.
Our website also functions if you choose not to provide any personal data. The exception is if you want to place an order or contact us in a way other than by phone. In these cases, we store your personal data to be able to contact you or carry out a task for you. Therefore, during these data collections, you will need to actively consent to us storing your data for this purpose.
Sharing of data to third parties
In order to offer you Qliro’s payment methods, we may share your personal information, such as contact details and order information, with Qliro at the checkout, so that Qliro can assess whether you can choose the payment methods and tailor them to you. Your personal information shared is processed according to Qliro’s own privacy policy.
If you sign up for our newsletter, your details (name and email address) will be shared with Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, USA). We store your information in their tool to send the newsletter to you. The newsletter mainly contains information but may also include offers (marketing). In each dispatch, there is a link where you can unsubscribe from further mailings.
Otherwise, your personal data will not be shared with any third party or used for any purpose other than what it was originally collected for without first obtaining your consent. The only exception is if we are required by law to disclose information, for example to the police authority.
Some data may be stored outside the EU/ESS. In these cases, we only use services that have a level of data protection at least equivalent to that applicable to data stored in Sweden.
Right of cancellation
You can revoke your consent to us storing your personal data at any time. You can also request correction of the information we have about you. The data will be transferred to Google (servers located in the USA) where it will be analyzed. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, ensuring that data processing is conducted securely. On shop.mushbarf.se, we have enabled a feature that anonymizes your IP address. This means that we cannot link the statistics we receive from Google Analytics to your IP address. The statistics are stored, but they are anonymized.
You can always download a browser plugin that prevents your data from being shared with Google Analytics. The browser plugin is provided by Google and is available for all major web browsers.
