Terms
These terms apply to purchases on rawforpaw.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Vetsupport i Sverige AB (Org.nr 559377-3640). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at woof@rawforpaw.com. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved between you as a customer and our customer service, we will follow decisions from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), which can be reached via www.arn.se.
Payment
Ordering and paying through rawforpaw.com is safe and easy. All transactions with us are conducted through Qliro. You can choose to either pay directly with direct payment, card payment, or Swish. Or pay when you receive your products with invoice or as an installment payment.
Terms Invoice
With 14-day invoice and 30-day invoice (“Invoice”), you have the opportunity to shop easily and securely online. You will receive the Invoice only after your goods have been shipped and then have 14 or 30 days to pay it. On Qliro.com, you can view and download your invoices. You can always contact Qliro’s customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your payment.

Set-up fee 39 SEK.
No additional fees apply.
The invoice is sent by e-mail in the middle of the campaign month.
Terms installment payment
You can have one or more ongoing installment purchases, and Qliro compiles them on a monthly invoice sent to you via email in the middle of each month. You can at any time during the installment period pay off your entire remaining debt.
In connection with the purchase, we reserve the right to conduct a credit check through Qliro AB. Collection and processing of your personal data as well as credit checks are necessary for us to process your request for credit purchases.

Delivery terms
We ship your order with DHL or PostNord. For orders over 499 SEK, we offer free shipping. If your order is below this amount, the shipping cost is 39 SEK. The minimum order amount is 200 SEK.
We aim to deliver your order on the next working day after your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please feel free to contact us.
Complaints
If the product you ordered is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will assist you. Send to woof@rawforpaw.com.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your order. For returns, please contact us to first obtain a return number. Write to us at woof@rawforpaw.com, and we will provide information on the procedure and return address. Please note that handling returns unfortunately does not happen as quickly as receiving your delivery, and you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges or returns.
