Payment
All payments with us are processed through Klarna. You can pay by card, Swish, or invoice.
Delivery terms
We ship your order with DHL or PostNord. For orders over 499 SEK, we offer free shipping. If your order is below this amount, the shipping cost is 39 SEK. The minimum order amount is 200 SEK.
Our aim is to deliver your order on the next working day after it has been placed. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, feel free to contact us.
Complaints
If the product you have ordered is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will assist you. Send to woof@rawforpaw.com.
Returns and exchanges
You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of your order. For returns, please contact us to first receive a return number. Write to us at woof@rawforpaw.com, and we will provide you with information on the procedure and return address. Please note that processing a return unfortunately does not happen as quickly as receiving your delivery, and you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges or returns.
